Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27th July 2024

  • By using any service from PerfectThanksNZ you agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy stated below. This website is operated by PerfectThanksNZ and runs through the WordPress server and our store is hosted on WordPress in which they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PerfectThanksNZ.
  • Let’s talk about terms and conditions and how they actually work in favour of both customers and PerfectThanksNZ. You may be thinking, “Ugh, boring legal stuff,” but trust me, these T&C’s are here for a reason. They are designed to protect you as a customer by outlining your rights and responsibilities when using our services. Think of it like a safety net that ensures your experience with us is fair and transparent. On the other hand, these terms also benefit PerfectThanksNZ by setting clear guidelines on what we can provide and what we expect from you and what you can expect from us. It ensures that there’s mutual understanding and helps minimise and/or prevent any misunderstandings or disputes down the line and are here to establish a smooth, reliable connection between you and us here at PerfectThanksNZ.
  • If you have any questions or if you’d like to discuss any of these terms and conditions, feel free to shoot us an email. We’re here to help and clarify anything that may be unclear. Whether it’s about the fine print, some specific clauses, or even if you just want to know more about how our policies work – we can help clarify. Our team is super responsive and will get back to you as soon as possible with the best answers we have. So don’t hesitate to reach out, we value your feedback and strive to provide the best customer service possible.
  • With the items we sell such as pre-printed stickers along with printing and creating custom logos/stickers it’s important to keep in mind that every computer screen is calibrated differently, which means that colours may appear slightly different on other screens such as mobile phones and computers. Why does this happen? Calibration refers to the process of adjusting colours on your screen to match industry standards. But since manufacturers have their own unique settings, it’s inevitable for variations to occur. The colour you see on your screen may be different to what we see on ours. However, we endeavour to match this by asking you to describe the colour during our communication as well as sending the colour code such as HEX.  It’s important to keep in mind that while every effort is made to ensure consistency and expectations around colour, variations in colour differences may occur. So just keep an open mind and embrace any slight differences you might encounter. You may request an online sample in which we will happily print out and send a photo of what the  colours, size, finish and text on the chosen material looks like to ensure the colours match the closest to your chosen colour/s and once you accept this, we will go ahead with the full print. It is your responsibility to give your work a thorough check for any grammatical, typographical, and other errors before sending them to us at PerfectThanksNZ. If you choose not to have a sample page and want us to go ahead with the print and decide you are unhappy with it, we will not take responsibility for discrepancies in colour, sizing, text, finish and material. If you want a reprint you will need to pay for this order and service again.
  • We enjoy showcasing the amazing work of talented designers and businesses on social media and our website. It’s our way of spreading some advertising and showing our support for all the customers we work with. We completely understand if being featured on social media and our website is not something you’re interested in. Just let us know, and we’ll make sure to respect your preferences.
  • Full payment is required before printing is started. If we have discussed the option of an invoice, then payment is due 10 working days from order being shipped to you (the customer). If payment has not been made within 10 working days of product being shipped to you then you invoice will now be classed as overdue. This will allow PerfectThanksNZ the entitlement of charging interest in the form of overdue fees which is 2.5% of the total amount charged per month. Now look, we really do not want to do this so please get in touch so we can sort something out for you before we need to get to that stage.  If payment continues to be overdue and we have sent you a “final date to pay the invoice” email or letter along with outline of the next steps of actions, we will be in touch with a debt collection agency to retrieve outstanding balance that is owed to PerfectThanksNZ. You (the customer) will be liable for any/all costs incurred during this process and we take no responsibility how the debt collection agency collect this.
  • All prices are subject to change. We pride ourselves on being transparent and if this occurs we will let you know.
